Team Fishel Foremen assist our supervisors by effectively leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner. Responsibilities Effectively leads crews on various-sized projects Ensures accuracy of time sheets Monitors quality assurance and ensures installations meet customer specifications and industry standards Ensures all teammates observe safety practices Reports, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of a project Qualifications Must have previous experience working from blueprints and specifications Demonstrated leadership experience in Electric Transmission construction projects Team Fishel offers excellent industry training and a career development path for our Teammates.
