Operations Analyst

Description

LPL Financial is seeking two Client Letters & Statements Specialists to support service partners with responding to client inquiries related to account statements and client communications. This role involves researching requests within internal systems and generating accurate, high-quality written responses to advisors.

Candidates will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing 10–30 requests per day, ensuring all deliverables are completed with a high level of precision and attention to detail.

This role requires strong written communication skills, as interaction with advisors is primarily conducted through written channels (no phone communication required). Candidates should be highly autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

The team operates on a hybrid schedule and requires flexibility for potential overtime or weekend work based on business needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
