Field Reliability Engineer — Battery Energy Systems
Hardware FYI
Base is seeking a Field Reliability Engineer to own the reliability picture for our deployed hardware fleet. You will monitor fleet health, decide when to pull or swap hardware, triage returns, and track failure rates to drive design and supplier decisions. This role covers in-house designed and supplier-made parts and is highly learnable with strong fundamentals at the core. You will build dashboards with Grafana, SQL/BigQuery, and Python to monitor health, perform Pareto analyses, and guide #J-18808-Ljbffr Hardware FYI
