Performance Marketing Manager

You run the paid engine. From Meta and Google to LinkedIn and programmatic, you'll manage and optimize paid campaigns that put Pressrun and our clients' content in front of the right people at the right time. You're data-obsessed and creatively fluent. What you'll do Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels Manage and allocate paid media budgets to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC Develop audience targeting strategies and creative testing frameworks Build and maintain dashboards for real-time campaign performance monitoring Collaborate with creative teams on ad creative development and iteration Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audiences Report on campaign performance and translate insights into strategy adjustments What we're looking for 4+ years managing paid media at an agency or in-house, with $500K+ annual budget experience Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools Experience with creative testing methodologies and performance creative development Understanding of full-funnel attribution and multi-touch measurement Track record of improving ROAS while scaling spend Nice to have Experience marketing professional services, books, or content products Familiarity with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms Experience with AI-powered campaign optimization tools Equity participation Health, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited PTO with a 3-week minimum $2,500 annual learning & development budget #J-18808-Ljbffr Pressrun
