Production Manager, CorrugatedA corrugated packaging facility in Lansing, MI is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead plant operations across converting lines and production personnel. This is a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for output optimization, waste reduction, P&L management, and customer fulfillment in a box manufacturing environment. The position is well suited to a hands-on production leader with a strong background in corrugated converting operations.Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with availability for off-hours response as production needs require.$130,000 - $150,000 Per YearWhat You'll DoYou will oversee converting lines and production personnel across the facility, serving as the primary production leader responsible for maximizing output while maintaining quality and operational efficiency. That includes identifying and driving process improvements, reducing manufacturing waste, and implementing best-in-class manufacturing practices throughout the plant.You will manage the production P&L with a focus on controlling manufacturing costs and optimizing profitability. That means monitoring production metrics, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and making operational decisions that balance output targets with financial performance.
