Description: Candidates must be able to perform duties in Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and Post-Partum Units. This facility is a critical access hospital. It is located near water activities such as fishing and boating. Orientation for new staff occurs weekly. The unit features 2 labor beds and 3 postpartum beds. Patient ratios are 1:2. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used is Meditech. The patient population primarily includes maternity women and newborns. A positive attitude, cooperation, and initiative are essential traits for candidates. Preferred skills include PALS and experience with Centricity and Meditech. Common diagnoses and treatments include labor and couplet care.
