Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for Entry Level Managers to fill a Full Time Retail Supervisor position at our Bay City Store located at 4011 Euclid Ave, Bay City, Michigan. $17.00 an hour plus20% discount on in-store purchases. Open and Close the store in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager Essential duties and responsibilities: Assist in training, motivating, and communicating with store staff Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations Organize and maintain sales floor and displays Assist with meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and margin goals Delegate essential tasks Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and procedures High school diploma or GED required. Do you have avalid Michigan drivers license? Do you have 1yearof general retail experience? Ability to use cash register and and follow Goodwill policy and procedures Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary. Can you demonstrate strong management skills? Can you lift and carry35 pounds with or without help? Can youreach, bend or stoop? Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day? Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently? Are youpleasant, cheerful and professional? Must have telephone access.
