Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately using the facility EMR system (ProTouch)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, dress code, and professional standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Experience working in an acute care or LTACH facility setting
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule for the duration of the 13-week assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with ProTouch EMR system
• Background in long-term acute care or complex medical patient populations
• Travel therapy assignment experience
