Workstream is building AI-native services for an all-in-one HR platform. As the first engineer on the AI-Native Services team, you will shape architecture, set engineering bar, and build a team from zero to one.
This is a Staff level role with direct leadership connection, and you will own the components and how they integrate with live customer data. The position is full-time and remote with occasional in-office visits for cross-functional collaboration.
