Overview Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population in Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD. SCT handles administrative responsibilities such as billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications so clinicians can focus on delivering clinical care. We aim to support residents and care teams with patient-centered psychology services and to stay at the forefront of regulations, needs, and trends. What we provide: Customizable part-time or full-time opportunities aligned with your goals 32-hour and 40-hour equivalent work weeks Salary ranges from $56,000 to $85,000 with uncapped FFS bonus opportunity Part-time fee-for-service opportunities Flexible daytime hours with autonomy No admin tasks, no cancellations, no no-shows EHR Your Way — a user-friendly, clinician-designed EMR SCT University with psychologist-led training, ongoing support, and peer-to-peer learning Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and other benefits (full-time) 401(k) plan with up to 3% company match (PT and FT) Malpractice insurance provided PTO & holidays (full-time) Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline) Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using the clinician-designed electronic health record system Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Requirements Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the state you are applying for Effective oral and written English communication Basic proficiency with technology and electronic health records (EHR) Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to regulatory compliance Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities Preferred Qualifications Previous clinical experience in subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders Psych or addictions experience is a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills SCT welcomes individuals with a variety of licensure types.
