We’re seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support four apartment communities throughout the Indianapolis area. This unique role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting leasing operations wherever you’re needed most. Whether you have multifamily leasing experience or come from a strong sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service background, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed. What You’ll Be Doing Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging apartment tours. Build relationships through prompt follow‑up, professional communication, and confident closing techniques. Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring applications and lease documents are accurate and complete. Support move‑ins, lease renewals, resident communications, and day‑to‑day leasing activities. Assist with vacation coverage and provide additional support to communities based on business needs. Partner with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals while maintaining outstanding customer service. Utilize property management software to manage prospect activity and resident information. Adapt quickly to different communities, teams, and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism. Communities You’ll Support Parkside at Castleton Lakeside Crossing at Eagle Creek Preserve on Allisonville Astoria Park Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between these communities are required. Compensation & Benefits

• 20.00–$22.00 per hour
• 1,000 Sign‑On Bonus

What We’re Looking For Previous leasing experience preferred but not required. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or property management encouraged. Yardi experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Excellent organization and follow‑through. Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple teams.
