Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in an operations or maintenance role within the cement, concrete, aggregates, bulk materials, transportation, or similar heavy industrial environment.
• 1-3 years of supervisory, Terminal Manager-in-Training, lead, or other demonstrated leadership experience.
• 1-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a light or heavy industrial environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all terminal activities with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, environmental compliance, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently in accordance with established operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture by actively reinforcing safe work practices, identifying and addressing hazards.
• Manage contractor activities and ensure compliance with contractor control requirements and site expectations.
• Develop and manage the terminal operating budget in alignment with cost, volume, maintenance, and business expectations.
