Restaurant General Manager

Our client is an award-winning luxury resort property located in the Phoenix Metro area, currently in the early stages of a three-to-five-year, property-wide master plan that will touch nearly every part of the guest experience This is a highly visible role within a property that is actively investing in service culture, training, and long-term growth. The right candidate will help rebuild team stability and consistency after a period of turnover, while partnering closely with floor management and the F&B director to raise the bar on guest experience This is an opportunity to lead flagship dining outlets at a property in the middle of a major, multi-year investment in its food and beverage program, with real visibility to senior leadersh its: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a 3% automatic company match, plus a 25% match up to 6% of contributions 401(k) participation begins after 90 days of employment Salary range of $100-125K Day in the Life: Oversee daily operations of the property's signature restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent service, quality, and guest satisfaction Recruit, hire, train, and develop a stable front-of-house team, addressing current staffing gaps and reducing turnover Serve as manager-on-duty on a regular rotation, providing hands-on floor leadership during service Partner with the floor manager and F&B director to align beverage, service, and culinary execution Manage labor cost, scheduling, and P&L performance for the outlets Uphold and help reinforce a property-wide service culture and training program across all outlet staff Support onboarding and training as new F&B outlets open as part of the property's master plan Participate in interviewing and hiring for floor management and hourly staff positions Prepare the team and outlets for peak seasonal demand with adequate staffing and coverage Requirements: 5+ years of restaurant or F&B management experience, ideally with at least 2+ years as a General Manager Experience in high-standard, high-volume service environments; background with respected local hospitality brands strongly preferred Hotel/resort F&B experience is a plus but not required, provided the candidate understands full-service restaurant operations Strong track record of team stability, staff development, and reducing turnover Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment during a period of active property-wide renovation and expansion Willingness to participate in a DISC personality assessment, reference checks, and an onsite job shadow as part of the interview process Demonstrated tenure and stability in past roles — this is a long-term leadership hire supporting a multi-year growth plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Reach Recruiting
