Nurse Manager (RCM) - Skilled Nursing Facility

Salem, OR | Full-Time
$48-$55 per hour (DOE & Licensure Type)

Windsor Health and Rehabilitation , part of Evergreen Healthcare Group , is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RCM) to join our supportive leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily leadership and support for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Promote high-quality, resident-centered care

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management

• Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

What You'll Bring

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN or LPN license

• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (SNF/LTC preferred)

• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and best practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• EHR experience and current CPR certification
