Strategic Partner Manager

What You’ll Do Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market. Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform. Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process. Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence. Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams. What This Role Offers Work directly with decision-makers for faster, high-impact conversations. Engage in a highly consultative, human sales process requiring high IQ and EQ. Build trusted relationships with high-performing professionals. Operate with high autonomy and ownership over your success. How You’ll Be Measured This is a quota carrying role measured by revenue attainment. Deal sizes range from $75K to $5M+ with an average 30-day sales cycle. Revenue is measured by agent, team and brokerage production volume. Location Based in our Dallas, TX office, this onsite, market-facing role will have you engaging clients in the field while collaborating in person with local teams and agents. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Proven success in a quota-carrying role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with strong judgment Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Track record of high performance Compensation The base pay range for this position is $100,000–$110,000 annually, with a target bonus of $30,000–$60,000 and uncapped bonus potential.
