Hardware Engineer 3 - Electrical Validation & Testing

* MSEE/CS with 3–5 years of experience, or BSEE/CS with 5–7+ years of experience* Hands-on experience testing networking products and L2/L3 protocols* Minimum 3 years of experience with IEEE 802.3 standards, including: + Optical transceivers and RJ45 MagJack interfaces + Speeds from 10/100/1000 to 400G + Test methodologies such as eye mask, jitter, CMOV, return loss, differential output voltage, and output droop* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in hardware validation environments* 5+ years of experience in IEEE 802.3 validation and high-speed interface testing* CCNA or CCNP certification* Deep expertise in signal integrity for copper and fiber Ethernet interfaces* Proven experience as a technical lead or subject matter expert in hardware validationHPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
