Job Summary
Dialysis Unit Nurse Poulsbo, Washington. The organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee the delivery of dialysis care at multiple clinic locations on the peninsula. This in-center position involves patient education, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with the care team. The role offers flexibility to work any day from Monday through Saturday.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Multi-State Compact Nurse license. Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association. Minimum 1 year nursing experience. Previous dialysis experience required. Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing preferred.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will deliver chronic, in-center dialysis care across several peninsula locations including Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Port Townsend. The position involves working flexible days between Monday and Saturday, depending on staffing needs. Candidates must be able to work at any clinic located on the peninsula and be flexible with shift schedules.
