Schedule:

• Full-time
• 12-hour shifts
• 72 hours per pay period
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Weekends and holidays to be scheduled in accordance with CBA

What You'll Do

• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.
• Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient's journey.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Michigan RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Commitment to Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values.
• $11,000 Sign-On Bonus Requirements: 1 year RN licensed experience required

Continuing Employment Requirements

• Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 13 months of orientation.)
• Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
• Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
