Description:
The OR RN provides direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to sterile techniques. They assist surgeons by preparing instruments, managing equipment, and anticipating procedural needs. The nurse monitors patients' vital signs, documents care accurately, and responds promptly to any complications. They collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality perioperative care and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
