Landscape Design & Sales Specialist — Company Car

Russo Landscapes is growing! We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and client-focused Landscape Design & Sales Associate to join our team! This role blends design, sales, and client interaction to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life. We’re seeking someone who thrives on creativity, leadership, and building lasting relationships . What You'll Do Meet with clients on-site to understand project goals Create and present landscape designs (softscape & hardscape) Generate estimates and close sales Manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to contract Coordinate with production teams to ensure project success What We’re Looking For Expert in landscape design with the ability to produce professional, buildable landscape plans Ability to design independently and present designs confidently to clients Applicants without professional landscape design experience and portfolio examples will not be considered Expert-level knowledge of plant selection, grading, drainage, hardscape layout, and outdoor living design Successful sales track record, excellent communication skills & highly organized Self-starter; Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Compensation $70,000–$125,000+ Base Salary + Commission Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time 401(k) with 4% company match Company vehicle and technology package Company-provided uniforms On-the-job training and mentorship Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time | Monday–Friday We’re a people-first landscape company focused on craftsmanship, creativity, and service.
