Once we receive your completed CI Survey, your application will then be considered./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned./pulliPosition requires occasional labor-intensive work, including lifting requirements of 75 pounds or more/liliWorks in accordance with Ecowaste Solution Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements as well as all local, state, and federal laws./liliImmediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch./liliAttends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by Ecowaste Solutions Management or directed by the Route Manager./liliManually or mechanically load and empty residential and/or commercial containers into truck./liliContainers maybe staged curbside, dockside, carryout, or require pullout to complete service./liliOperates hoisting device to lift and empty bins or containers into truck hopper./liliAssists driver with all backing maneuvers while on route./liliNotifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage./liliNotifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards./liliCommunicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager/liliPerforms all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs./liliCleaning and preparing a job site/liliPicking and sorting materials/liliUsing a variety of tools and machines such as forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers/liliMust be able to identify and sort materials so that they can be properly organized/liliAble to work in all weather conditions/liliAble to unload customer material by hand/liliAssemble/Disassemble containers/liliDrive and deliver containers./liliOther duties as needed and assigned./li/ulpShift/Schedule:/pulliMonday-Friday/liliAdditional hours may be needed/liliShift is 10-12 Hours/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliMust have valid drivers license./li/ulpPay Benefits:/pulliWeekly pay!/liliMultiple Health Plans to choose from, with 50% Company paid Employee and Dependent Plans/liliDental/liliVision/liliWe Pay for your $25,000 Life Insurance!/liliRetirement Plan with a company match up to 5%/liliSafety and Retention Incentives!/liliPaid Time Off/liliAccess to employee discount through LifeMart!/li/ulpEcowaste Solutions offers a competitive base salary, opportunity to earn incentive pay, and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
