Receptionist (Part-Time) - Team Headquarters

Position Summary

We're seeking a welcoming, detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Team Headquarters. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for members, guests, and donors while also supporting our Development team with critical data entry and donor stewardship tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Member Support

• Serve as the primary receptionist for Team Headquarters
• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with professionalism and care
• Manage Primetime registrations and related tasks
• Support members with account questions, updates, and issue resolution

Development & Administrative Support

• Enter and manage annual campaign pledges and payments in the database
• Ensure accurate and timely gift acknowledgements
• Maintain records for donations including cash, pledges, matching, and planned gifts
• Support contribution tracking, reporting, and filing processes
• Communicate with donors in person, via phone, and email
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain recognition lists and coordinate delivery of donor materials
• Assist with events such as dedications and receptions
• Support the annual campaign and broader development initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months of related experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Accounts receivable or financial data entry experience is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily based at a reception desk with moderate to high foot traffic
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• Light lifting (under 20 lbs.)
