Position Overview RSS Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help accelerate growth throughout the Coulee Region and surrounding Wisconsin markets. This opportunity is designed for a true business development professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping organizations solve workforce challenges. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities throughout the Coulee Region and surrounding markets Build relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, operations leaders, and hiring managers Conduct in-person client meetings and workforce consultations Identify hiring, retention, and workforce challenges Recommend customized recruiting and workforce solutions Generate new direct-hire, executive search, retained search, and staffing opportunities Develop and execute territory growth strategies Attend networking events, community functions, and industry events Maintain accurate activity and pipeline management within the CRM Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional client experiences Expand existing client relationships while continuously pursuing new opportunities Serve as a trusted workforce advisor to business leaders Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and a strong ability to create opportunities. This person is comfortable prospecting, meeting with decision-makers, developing long-term partnerships, and helping businesses identify practical workforce solutions. A successful Business Development Manager will be self-motivated, accountable, organized, and energized by the opportunity to grow a territory while representing a locally owned organization with a mission to foster positive change in communities through connecting people.
