• A large indoor kids’ playground and entertainment space
• Four private party rooms for birthdays and events
• An outdoor food cart pod with 22 food carts and a community gathering space
• A full-service bar and dessert shop (coming soon!)

As a member of our Floor Staff / Guest Services team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Monitor the playground and common areas to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Communicate playground rules to children and adults in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to families, caregivers, and groups.
• Keep guest areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout your shift.
• Assist with birthday parties, field trips, and other group visits.
• Help manage guest flow during busy periods and address any concerns promptly.
• Support daily operations by assisting with opening/closing duties and facility upkeep.

While prior experience in customer service, recreation, childcare, hospitality, or similar fields is helpful, it’s not required—we provide training to help you succeed!

This is an active role, so you should be comfortable with:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Performing routine cleaning tasks
• Lifting and moving reasonable amounts of supplies or equipment
• Responding quickly to assist guests
