Housing Access & Retention Specialist

brc

BRC is seeking a Housing Case Manager in New York City to oversee a caseload of clients experiencing homelessness. You will conduct regular client meetings, maintain complete files, and coordinate housing placements and entitlements with landlords and partner agencies. You will collaborate with the DHS and other providers, assist with housing retention after placement, and participate in interdisciplinary teams. CPR and strong communication are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr brc
