Overview: Role: Scrum Master

Exp: 8- 10 Years

Skills: Agile Way of Working, Collaboration, Risk Management, Communication, Project Management

Facilitate Scrum Events Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Agile Coaching Mentor and support scrum teams in following agile practices and principles.

Project Management Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodology. Ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals.

Issue and Risk Management Identify, manage, and resolve issues, risks, and action items.

Jira Management Utilize Jira for tracking stories, epics, and overall project progress. Ensure proper setup and usage of Jira Align for dependency management.

Collaboration Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Continuous Improvement Facilitate inspect and adapt discussions to help teams improve continuously.

Required Skills and Experience Agile Project Management Proven track record of managing agile projects and delivering successful outcomes.

Agile Methodologies Extensive experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Scrum Master Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Jira Expertise Proficient in using Jira for project tracking and management. Experience with Jira Align is a plus.

Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.

Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
