Digital Accounts Manager

We're seeking a Digital Accounts Manager. What you'll do includes collaborating with sales in launching brand and advertising campaigns, promotions or online/web/interactive initiatives to increase listening audience and ratings. You'll adjust programs and campaigns to address changing markets and competitive conditions. You'll support the evaluation and selection of third-party advertising, marketing, collateral and related service providers. You'll participate in conducting research on program and campaign effectiveness; track findings and report results to management. You'll connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place iHeartMedia news. You'll assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators and design teams for on-site collateral. You'll create content regularly to grow the company's footprint (e.g., press releases, corporate announcements). You'll manage strategy and set up of all paid campaigns. You'll research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand reach and lower costs. You'll craft landing pages to distribute through relevant paid programs.

What you'll need includes experience in public relations, corporate communications, content marketing or relationship management. You'll need 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, e.g., pitching, crafting and placing content externally, event management and sponsorships. You'll need a four-year college degree, preferably in Communications, Advertising or Marketing. You'll need advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms. You'll need in-depth knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, e.g., paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more) and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola. You'll need up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies. You'll need expertise in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. You'll need a proven track record in creating, editing and promoting written and verbal content. You'll need excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and effectively manage time. You'll need a high degree of work standards and attention to detail. You'll need excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. You'll need demonstrated effective writing and editing skills; excellent grasp of grammar. You'll need excellent communication with the ability to negotiate and convince and sell. You'll need high degree of stress tolerance; ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment; maintain composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities. You'll need excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others.
