ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2003 and is a close-knit team of three who work together to serve our customers and community. Before becoming an agent, I worked in underwriting, which gave me a strong understanding of the insurance industry and how to properly help customers protect what matters most.

Im a second-generation State Farm agent and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Finance. Insurance has been a big part of my family and professional life, and I take pride in continuing that legacy through our agency. Im also an active member of the La Crosse Downtown Rotary, where Ive been involved since 2005. Staying connected with the community and giving back through local organizations is something thats very important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kyle Visker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
