Metal Fabricator (All Levels) – Aluminum MIG Welding Full‑time position located at the DI headquarters in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro Area). Responsibilities Build and assemble custom metal projects. MIG weld (primarily aluminum, some steel). Read and interpret prints according to experience level. Grind, sand, and finish parts. Collaborate with the team to deliver quality builds. Qualifications & Experience MIG welding experience, whether from education or on‑the‑job training. Reliability, strong work ethic, and pride in workmanship. Comfort in a fast‑paced shop environment. Willingness to learn and improve skills. Preferred: aluminum welding, TIG experience, or custom fabrication / sign industry experience. Experience Levels Entry‑Level: recent graduate or beginner. Mid‑Level: able to run jobs with minimal assistance. Senior: can lead builds and mentor others. Benefits & Perks Competitive pay based on experience. Bonus potential.
