Physician - Geriatric Medicine

Medical Director

Join our team as a Medical Director and lead a dedicated group focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to older adults. You will oversee clinical outcomes and guide Primary Care Providers. You will drive performance improvement across our program. You are responsible for providing medical leadership and supervision for participant care. You will oversee clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and support the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. You will collaborate with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community providers. You will mentor and coach clinical staff. Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required. You will ensure proper documentation and optimization of electronic medical records. You will support pharmacy coordination and advance care planning. We are looking for a compassionate leader with a passion for geriatric care. Join us in our mission to serve with excellence.
