Position Details Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses Position Overview The Operations Field Manager will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of technicians in responding to property damage caused by water or mold. This role requires a proven ability to manage operations efficiently, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain excellent customer relations. A strong knowledge of construction practices and jobsite safety protocols is essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in both the technical and leadership aspects of mitigation work. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Include Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on‑time completion Conduct on‑site inspections and provide hands‑on leadership when needed Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity Monitor project progress, resolve issues quickly, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded Manage customer complaints and service issues through resolution, working directly with customers to address concerns and ensure a positive overall experience.
