?? Behavior Aide / Behavior Technician (K-12)

We're seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to work with students with behavioral and learning needs in K-12 school settings for the upcoming school year. Enjoy consistent weekday schedules and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with students and staff.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group assistance to students

• Follow behavior plans while encouraging positive behaviors

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

• Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

?? Schedule Options (Mon-Fri, School Hours)

Choose what works best for you:

• Full-Time: ~30 hours/week (between 7:45 AM - 3:20 PM)

• Part-Time: ~6 hours/day within school hours

?? Pay

Competitive, dependent on experience

? Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• TB clearance (if applicable)

• CPR certification (if required)

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience working with children or in a school/pediatric setting

• Experience working with special needs populations is a plus
