What You'll Do:

• Provide primary care assessments and treatment for patients across all age groups
• Manage chronic conditions and perform health screenings
• Conduct mental health evaluations and deliver appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to coordinate patient care
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans following facility protocols
• Support preventative health strategies and patient education
• Participate in onsite team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Active WA State PA license or eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience
• Experience working with all ages and mental health issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a busy clinical environment
• Compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care
