Extrusion Technician

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Senior Technician to lead high-precision manufacturing operations, optimize equipment performance, and drive quality standards across our production lines. In this role, you will bring deep technical expertise in polymer extrusion, setup troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement to ensure seamless output and minimal downtime. Apply here! salary: $72,000 - $83,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, and operate complex extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment according to strict technical specifications. Troubleshoot line defects, resin inconsistencies, and mechanical failures to minimize downtime and reduce scrap. Perform routine preventive maintenance, die changes, and tooling setups to maximize throughput and yield. Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to shift technicians and machine operators. Document production parameters, maintain quality compliance standards, and enforce strict safety protocols.
