Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Our Body & Paint team is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Estimator who is passionate about delivering accurate assessments, quality repair coordination, and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced dealership environment. In this role, you will inspect vehicle damage, prepare precise repair estimates, and work closely with customers, insurance partners, and technicians to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards. What you’ll do Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in a professional and customer-centric manner Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard and dealership-specific systems Identify required parts, labor, and materials while ensuring pricing accuracy and transparency Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair scope, timelines, and updates Coordinate with technicians, painters, and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery Liaise with insurance companies to support claims processing and approvals Monitor repair progress and ensure all work is completed to quality and timeline expectations Perform final inspections to ensure repairs meet dealership and safety standards Maintain documentation, estimate logs, and conversion tracking reports About you High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in automotive estimating or insurance claims processing preferred Valid Guam Driver’s License Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate, detailed estimates Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and basic mathematical skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced What We Offer Paid Time Off (PTO) – Paid Time Off is available after completion of the introductory period to support rest, work-life balance, and personal needs.
