Sales Representative - New Business Development

About the Role
A licensed California security patrol company is looking for a driven field salesperson to grow our client base. You'll be on the ground and on the phone, knocking on doors, cold calling, and closing new patrol accounts across the region.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire new security patrol accounts through door to door canvassing and outbound calls
- Identify HOAs, businesses, and property managers who need patrol services
- Pitch services, walk sites, and quote pricing
- Close contracts and hand off to operations for onboarding
- Track leads and activity
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection; self motivated
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license
- Sales experience a plus (security or B2B services ideal, not required)
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000/year
- Commission: 100% of the first month's gross billing per new account
- Medical - 80% covered by employer
- Dental, Vision, and Chiropractic - 100% covered by employer
Schedule: Full time. Some evenings or weekends may be needed to reach decision makers.
