Senior Government & Community Relations Specialist - Energy

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Local Affairs Specialist to lead local government and community relations across key territories. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with municipal officials, regulatory staff, and community leaders to support our energy, infrastructure, and sustainability initiatives. You will monitor local policy and regulatory developments, represent Constellation at public meetings and hearings, and coordinate advocacy strategies with internal legal, regulatory, and government affairs partners. The Senior Local Affairs Specialist will guide stakeholder engagement for new and existing projects, including permitting, siting, and community outreach, ensuring concerns are heard and addressed. You will craft briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for leadership, while advising internal teams on regional political and community dynamics.
