We're hiring an Opening Shift Leader to help start our day strong. This role is responsible for opening the restaurant, leading the morning crew, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from the first order through the lunch rush. Responsibilities

• Open the restaurant and prepare for daily operations.
• Lead and motivate the morning team.
• Ensure food quality, speed, and customer service standards are met.
• Assign positions and manage workflow during the shift.
• Handle cash drawers, opening paperwork, and perform basic inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standards.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Communicate shift updates to management or incoming leaders

Starting wage is based on experience and availability.
