As a Barista at Lillian's, you will be at the heart of our café, creating quality coffee and tea beverages, delivering exceptional service, and helping create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will include crafting drinks, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

• Assist with restocking ingredients and maintaining inventory in the coffee bar area.

• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-presented throughout the day.

• Educate customers on our menu items, including seasonal offerings and local products.

• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required; a love for coffee and a willingness to learn are most important.

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
