• Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri -- 8 am - 4:30 pm, no call requirements
• 16 - 32 patients per day on a 15/30 template
• 8 hours of patient-facing time per day
• Mix of pediatric (18%), adult (44%), and geriatric (38%) patients
• Well child visits required if seeing all ages
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
