Center Location: Flushing Queens 11354 Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Help or transport service Paid time off Signing bonus Training & development 401(k) 401(k) matching Company parties Responsibilities Include Develop creative programs and activities for groups of children with developmental disabilities Encourage the children to participation in goal-orientated activities Work closely with families to provide information and skills necessary to enhance the development of the child Work with families and other service providers to achieve a child’s IFSP or EIP goals Provide services in a school-based daycare setting Daily data collection Maintain regular progress reports and attend meetings related to the child Oversee a group of 5-10 children as a lead teacher and direct the TA accordingly Requirements Certified in New York State as a Teacher of Special Education Students with Disabilities Birth-2 Certificate or LCSW or LMSW Strong time management and organizational skills Good technical skills and the ability to learn new databases Preferred Bilingual a plus Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Instruction preferred but will train Experience working in home-based programs, schools or daycares Strong time management and organizational skills Good technical skills and the ability to learn new databases Benefits All in house cases Complimentary ABA Training Clinical Support Toy Stipends Competitive hourly rates Semi-monthly dependable payroll Sign-on Bonus Job Types Full-time, W2 and 1099 #J-18808-Ljbffr LITTLE MASTERS DEVELOPMENT CENTER L
