This opportunity seeks experienced clinical pharmacists to support a leading pediatric hospital renowned as a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. The role focuses on advancing medication therapy safety and effectiveness within an inpatient setting.

Located in Germantown, TN, this contract position spans approximately 13 weeks with a start date in early November. The selected professionals will work day and evening shifts from 12 PM to 8 PM, with schedules finalized during the interview process.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultative services to evaluate and optimize medication usage and therapeutic outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within pharmacy practice standards.
• Process orders and prescriptions accurately to administer medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Educate and advise physicians, healthcare staff, residents, and patients on safe medication administration.
• Ensure compliance with medication safety policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent pediatric clinical pharmacy experience.
• Valid Tennessee pharmacy license.
• Ability to work locally within the Germantown/Memphis area.
