Executive Administrative Specialist

City of Hopewell is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist the management team in a fast-paced office environment. You will greet visitors, answer calls, prepare and maintain records, and draft a variety of documents with limited supervision. Key duties include data entry, minutes for meetings, budgeting support, and scheduling.
