Our organization is on the lookout for an Internal Medicine or Adult Family Practice Physician to become a part of our Primary Care team located in Framingham, MA . As a physician-led and patient-focused entity, we aim to expand our practice with a collaborative individual who is committed to delivering impactful patient care. Your role in enhancing patient care:
You will build meaningful connections with your patients.
You will address your patients' primary care needs through same-day or regularly scheduled in-office or telehealth appointments.
You will implement proactive care management, focusing on preventive medicine and integrated population health.
You will collaborate with various members of our medical community.
You will actively engage with our communities, leveraging the strengths of both academic and community care for our patients.

The salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $300,000 annually. The final compensation will be determined during the selection process and will take into account various factors, including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
