Certified Nursing Assistant PositionWilmington Treatment Center loves our CNAs! This position plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care by supporting daily needs and enhancing the overall well-being of those we serve.Essential Functions:Works with admitting patients by completing vitals, pre-admission tests, and intake documentationComplete vitals and performs various tests (i.e. glucose, UDS, HcG)Performs patient roundsTransports patients as requestedPerforms administrative duties associated with the nursing/medical departmentsOther Functions:Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent required.Certified Nursing Assistant program completionPrevious experience in behavioral health setting knowledge and experience working with the population of the facility preferred.Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply.Licenses/Designations/Certifications:Current NC Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationCPR, First Aid, and de-escalation certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).Current NC Drivers LicenseWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual's characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.
