Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Travel RN
Location: 1050 E Mountain View Ave, Ellensburg, WA 98926
Facility Type: Nursing Home
Shift: 8hrs (Days) - Five Days in a Week That Includes EOW
Contract: 8-13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $60/hr on W2
Travel Pay: $2400/week Gross Based and Up to 40hrs/week Guaranteed Hrs. 40 Hrs/week Start: ASAP
Required:
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients charts
- Adjust and administer patients medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.
