Business Change Advisor

Position Title: Business Change Advisor Anticipated End Date: 2026-06-26 Hybrid Work Requirement This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Responsibilities Build and support the company’s change network. Communicate information from a variety of sources through newsletters, dashboards, and presentations. Promote benefits of function within region as well as throughout the company. Build and support CalPERS change business requirements. Assist in file feed requirements, client specific reporting needs, and support CalPERS team members in monitoring contractual requirements. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 2 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Experience with data analysis, reporting, and large data sets. Compensation The salary range for this specific position is $78,292 to $122,544.
