Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Hospice RN for a travel assignment in Plymouth, MA. This role involves working in the outpatient setting, performing routine visits to facilities and patient homes. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice - Travel

• Conduct 4-5 visits per day in an outpatient setting
• Perform routine hospice care visits in facilities and patient homes
• Travel 30-50 miles per day for patient visits

Requirements of the RN - Hospice - Travel

• Must have MA RN license at the time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Hospice experience necessary
• No local travelers accepted (residence must be outside a 50-mile radius)
• Must not have worked at Beth Israel Lahey Health in the last six months
