The role requires collaboration with other analysts, data engineers, data product managers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented collaborator with strong communication.This is an on-site position in Madison, NJ. The position is responsible for overseeing our complaint and servicing data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring the integrity and precision of data. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive strategic business decisions. The Senior Data Analyst is tasked with establishing analytical and reporting functions, as well as monitoring performance and quality assurance processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.Major ResponsibilitiesEnsure that data analysis and reporting is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisionsCleanse data and scrutinize computer-generated reports and outputs to identify and rectify coding errorsGather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party sources and ensure the upkeep of databases and data systemsCreate and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insightsIdentify opportunities for process improvementsEngage with managers to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processesDesign scripts and tools to automatically extract large volumes of data from websites or other digital sources, improving efficiency and availabilityDetect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasetsEmploy statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insightsDevelop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departmentsConduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and insightsManage and update databases to ensure they are secure, accessible, and functioning properlyCoordinate with management to align business and informational prioritiesAdhere to the letter and spirit of OrganOx's Code of Conduct and all other company policies
