Senior Product Development Manager - Textiles

We are an established home textile sourcing and product development company seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Manager to help expand our growing Bedding & Home Textile business with major off-price retailers. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned industry professional who has extensive experience developing quilts, comforters, blankets, coverlets, and bedding programs for retailers such as TJX, HomeGoods, Marshalls, and other value/off-price channels. Responsibilities Identify trends, fabrics, constructions, embellishments, and value-engineered opportunities. Work closely with overseas factories and sourcing teams to develop commercially successful products. Support retailer presentations, line reviews, and product strategy. Help build and expand business opportunities with TJX, HomeGoods, Marshalls, and similar retailers. Provide guidance on pricing, product architecture, packaging, and market positioning. Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to create winning assortments. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Bedding/Home Textiles Product Development. Strong expertise in quilts, blankets and throws. Direct experience working with TJX, HomeGoods, Marshalls, or other off-price retailers. Strong understanding of sourcing, manufacturing, product costing, and retailer requirements. Existing industry relationships are highly desirable.
